DUTIES & TAXES
For orders going to Australia & Mexico, prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes. For orders going to Canada, prices shown are inclusive of import duties.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept international returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of your order date. A refund will be issued once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. Please note your refund will be minus DHL-Express’s return shipping cost (Please refer to chart above) To begin a return, please visit our international returns portal. A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you. Please note, the returns label expires within 10 days of issue if unused. Once you receive your returns label, visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send your items back to us.
We offer Pre-paid Express Returns Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please consult the international shipping & returns table above for information about country-specific returns fees.
