Customer Reviews – HEYDUDE shoes

I like my Hey Dudes. But I have to get my replacement shoe strings from Amazon. Amazon never have the same color/style strings that came with the shoes. How hard would that be to have replacement laces that matched the shoes you sell?

I ordered shoe on 4/3 as a birthday gift. At the time of order it says 3-7 business days. They send that Item is shipped with tracking in a day on 4/4. The shipping tracker gave update that it has received item on 4/8 and to be delivered on 4/11… so far so good… on 4/11 shipping tracker changed delivery to 4/12, then 4/13 then 4/14. ays that bought the shoe and have not received the item yet with same tracking update as in transit. On top of that when I called support, the lady apologized and asked to wait till 4/18, there is no way to cancel but I can return free of cost when I receive the item.
